This document constitutes as an Agreement between you, “the Entrant” and Pro-Vision Sports Management, “the Organizer”. Entry into any of the events or activities organized by the Organizer is strictly conditional upon the Entrant agreeing to all terms and conditions contained within this document, “the Agreement”, as well as the recognition of the involvement of the event owner, “the Agent”. All Entrants must acknowledge that they have read and accepted this Agreement before completing the registration. • Should any information change between the period of registration up to the time of participation, it is the individual Entrants’ responsibility to ensure that their records are updated accordingly by informing the Organizer.
  • The Organizer or their Agent will maintain a registration database for all entrants. All information will be collected, stored and processed. No information will be shared with any third party; however, information may be shared with the Agent.
  • The Organizer may use the Entrant’s contact information to keep them informed on the event registered for or to notify them of other organized events.
  • Entrants give permission to the Organizer, their Agents, or any other associated organizations to use images and videos featuring the Entrant for media, advertising and promotional use.

  • All Entrants under the age of 18 years must be registered by their parent or legal guardian.

  • Entrants must be competent and confident in their ability to complete event courses safely.
  • If an Entrant believes that it is unsafe for them to continue in an event, it is his/her duty to notify an event official as soon as possible. The Organizer will make the necessary arrangements to get the Entrant to a place of safety with appropriate medical attention.
  • Extreme or unusual weather conditions may lead to the cancellation of the event; however, this will be clearly communicated to all Entrants before-hand by the Organizer. If there is no cancellation, Entrants must exercise their own experience and judgement regarding their ability, equipment and preparedness to cope with the prevailing elements before they commence.
  • Entrants must agree to waive, release and forever discharge the Organizers, Sponsors, Promoters and each of their Agents, Representatives, Successors, and all other persons associated with the event, from any liabilities, claims, actions, or damages that they may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with his/her health safety. • Entrants are fully responsible to ensure that all designated timing check points on the course have been crossed.
  • Participants must comply with any instructions given by the Organizers and other course officials to ensure safety and to avoid disqualification/elimination.
  • The Organizer will make every effort to ensure that the routes are adequately signed. Also, route details will be made available online.
  • Furthermore, there will be several marshals at key locations to help keep participants on course.
  • Should circumstances arise and/or in the interest of the Entrants’ safety, the Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the published event route as deemed necessary at their absolute discretion.
  • The Organizer reserves the right to retire an Entrant from an event should the Entrant’s behaviour is deemed inappropriate. If required to retire, the Entrant must remove their bib number and take no further part in the event.
  • Entrants have the moral duty to immediately report to an event official anything that they see or hear which they reasonably believe may impact the safety and/or welfare of themselves or others present an event.

  • Entrants must agree to waive, release and forever discharge the Organizers, Sponsors, Promoters and each of their Agents, Representatives, Successors, and all other persons associated with the event, from any liabilities, claims, actions, or damages that they may have against them arising out of or in any way connected with participation in the event. This includes any claims, whether caused by negligence, the action or inaction of any of the above parties, or otherwise.

  • Entrants that register for an event will receive a race-kit prior to the commencement of an event. It is the Entrant’s full responsibility to ensure that they do not lose nor damage the items provided to them until the start time of the event. • For some events, add-ons to the standard race kit are made available for the Entrants in the form of medal engraving and t-shirt printing to name a few. The Entrant must claim these items during the period specified by the Organizers. If the Entrant has not claimed their add-on(s) one month after the event is over, then the Organizers have the right to take the item(s) and dispose of them.
  • Entrants that request to have an item(s) delivered to a specified address must take full responsibility for ensuring that the address is correct and is within Kuwait. The Organizers will not accept addresses outside of Kuwait, nor their responsibility will be held for wrong addresses.
  • Entrants will be informed on the specific delivery dates and timings prior to the beginning of the delivery process, as set by the Organizers approximately 1 week in advance. Entrants must be ready to receive the delivery within the timeframe specified by the Organizers only. Entrants cannot request to organize the delivery outside the specified timeframe. If the delivered item is not received by the Entrant, then it will be sent to the warehouse permanently.
  • If there is a delay in delivering an item or if the wrong item has been delivered, then it will be rectified and corrected by the Organizers as soon as the issue is realized.

  • Registration fees are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
  • In the unlikely event that the Organizers are forced to cancel an event due to circumstances beyond their control, Entrants will be entitled to claim a refund after credit card charges. Refund will be made in such cases within 10 days after the event. After 10 days from the event date, no request for refund due to registration issues will be accepted.
  • If an Entrant is eligible for a refund due to a registration issue, this matter must be reviewed and confirmed by the Organizer. Once approved, the Entrant will have 15 days to collect his/her refund. No refunds can be collected after this grace period.
