A day organized to allow all park visitors to join in Al Shaheed Park's Fitness Challenge competition, powered by National Bank of Kuwait (NBK). A set of pre-designed fitness challenges, where each registered participant will need to complete a variety of challenges in the fastest time vs. most number of exercise sets done while completing a full 5KM run/jog.
